Darrell and I had to move to the Durango area with
not a lot of time to plan. Ralph went out of his
way to make us feel welcome. He was cheerful and
calming at a very stressful time for our family.

settled in and he made phone calls for us when we
were still out of the area. When our house in
Montrose didn’t sell intime he was very creative in
